Melanie attended her first tailgate for the Purdue/Northwestern game ("game" might not be the right word - "embarrassment" might fit better). She came and ran around Slayter Hill in the cold & drizzle, which didn't seem to bother her one bit! Then she got to go home with both of her Grandmas while Jeff & I enjoyed 10th-row tickets courtesy of The Farmers Bank! Purdue blew a 21-3 lead to lose 21-28 for their Homecoming game. Melanie didn't get to visit all of the Purdue landmarks, but I think a true Boiler fan was created!
